Operate high-frequency ultrasound equipment to produce diagnostic sonograms.
Specialty Split: Perform Vascular (DVT, Carotid, Arterial) and General (Abdomen, OB, Small Parts).
Physician Collaboration: Identify abnormalities and communicate urgent findings directly to physicians.
Modern PACs: Utilize digital record-keeping systems for clear image interpretation.
📋 Requirements:
Certification: Active ARDMS or ARRT license in Ultrasound.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent Vascular experience (this is non-negotiable).
Performance: Ability to thrive in a productivity-focused environment.
Compliance: Oklahoma has no specific state license for sonographers, but national registry must be active.
