Responsibilities

  • Manage reception area and greet visitors professionally
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments using proprietary software
  • Handle document processing and mail distribution efficiently
  • Screen incoming phone calls and direct queries appropriately
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organizational records
  • Deliver excellent customer service in person and via communication platforms
  • Organize office supplies and track inventory levels
  • Coordinate visitor access and ensure security protocols are followed

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in administrative support
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and calendaring software
  • Experience with data entry and customer service
