We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Clerk to manage the transportation and handling of materials within our large manufacturing plant.
Responsibilities
- Identify and transport required materials to and from various locations, including machines, loading docks, trucks, and storage areas.
- Obtain production schedules or shipping orders to identify, verify, and transport requested raw materials, equipment, or processing materials accordingly.
- Use protective materials and strapping equipment to secure loads and remove strapping and wrapping materials once delivered.
- Manage and stack skids, pallets, and other supplies.
Essential Skills
- Experience with forklifts, including sit down models.
- Order picking and material handling.
- Shipping and receiving knowledge.
- Proficient in loading and unloading.
- Inventory management and counting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of sit down forklift experience.
- 1+ year of previous manufacturing experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Experience with RF scanners is a plus.

Work Environment
This role operates in a non-climate controlled environment within a large manufacturing plant. There is one opening across each shift from Monday through Friday, with the requirement to be open to overtime. Current shifts include: 6:00am-3:00pm, 2:30pm-11:00pm, and 10:30pm-7:00am, with weekend shifts in effect.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
