We are currently looking for experienced team members to join our growing team as Calling Appointment Setters.
Role Overview:
- Make outbound calls to homeowners in storm-affected areas
- Identify potential customers and qualify leads over the phone
- Schedule roof inspection appointments for our field team
- Follow up with homeowners and nurture leads
- Accurately track calls, notes, and appointments
Requirements:
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Comfortable handling objections and staying persistent
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Previous sales or call center experience is a plus
Compensation or Pay Structure:
CALLING APPOINTMENT SETTER
- $20 per qualified appointment set
- $200 per job completion
- Monthly performance bonuses based on:
- Appointment show rate
- Lead quality
