Industrial Sewer - Duluth, MN
Are you ready to ditch the desk and power up a big sewing machine? Express Employment is hiring an Industrial Sewer for a great company in Duluth, MN. This isn't your everyday sewing gig - you'll be crafting heavy-duty nylon and polyester slings used for lifting industrial gear. It's hands-on, creative work, and you'll learn a specialized trade along the way!

What You'll Do:
- Use an industrial sewing machine to craft lifting slings and other gear from heavy-duty nylon/polyester webbing, rope, and hardware.
- Measure and cut materials to match specific work orders and blueprints.
- Sew and reinforce seams so every sling is tough and safe for heavy lifting.
- Follow guidelines and double-check your work - precision and safety are key in this role!
What We Need:
- Previous sewing experience (industrial sewing experience is a plus!)
- High school diploma or GED
- Safety-focused and reliable
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift or move materials up to 25lbs throughout the day
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
