Job Title: Account Coordinator

Compensation: 43,888-$45,000
Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual as an Account Coordinator. In this on-site role, you'll be based at our H.Q. and work 5 days a week in the office. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team by processing orders, conducting product research, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely deliveries. You will also communicate professionally with customers via phone and email, follow up with vendors, and help manage fulfillment projects as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process web and sales team orders accurately and efficiently
- Conduct product research and source items as requested
- Professionally interact with customers over the phone and email to address queries
- Collaborate with Operations, Production, and Sales teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide vendor follow-up, including order status and tracking updates
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or provide updates
- Support the sales team with ad hoc requests
- Assist with fulfillment projects on an as-needed basis
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in MS Office, with beginner to intermediate experience in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong computer proficiency and web navigation skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and a strong work ethic
- High school diploma required
