About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a well-established, physician-led ophthalmology group seeking a Comprehensive Ophthalmologist with a cataract surgery focus to join their growing team.
These openings are driven by physician retirements and increasing patient demand, offering the opportunity to step into an established patient base with immediate surgical volume.

What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive ophthalmic care with a focus on cataract surgery
- Perform high-quality cataract and refractive procedures
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of ocular conditions
- Collaborate with subspecialty colleagues across a multispecialty network
- Contribute to a patient-centered, high-quality clinical environment

Compensation & Benefits
- $325K – $500K+ total earning potential
- Base salary + production bonuses

Qualifications
- MD or DO – Ophthalmology
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Cataract / anterior segment focus preferred
- Strong surgical and clinical skills
- Patient-centered, collaborative mindset
