Job Title: PCU / Stepdown RN
Facility/Unit: PCU / Stepdown Float Pool
Shift: Variable
Hours: 12-hour shifts
Schedule: As per unit needs
Pay Rate: $60/hr

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PCU/Stepdown Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a progressive care environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable floating between units and facilities while delivering safe, patient-centered care. Travel experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for PCU/Stepdown patients requiring close monitoring

• Perform continuous cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring

• Administer medications and IV therapies per protocol

• Accurately document care in the EMR

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

• Float to assigned units or facilities as needed

• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards

Facility Float Locations

• Concord Hospital – Laconia

• Concord Hospital – Franklin

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years PCU/Stepdown experience required

• Travel experience required

• Active NH or Compact RN license required at submission

• AHA BLS and ACLS required

• 2 recent Charge/Manager RN references required

• Skills checklist matching specialty required

• NURSYS verification required for all RN licenses

• Cerner experience preferred but not required

• Driver’s license must match demographics

• RTO must be included at submission

• Local candidates accepted (within 50 miles at local rate)
