Job Description

Join a rapidly growing and diversifying company in the beverage industry as a Forklift Operator. You will be an integral part of the distribution center, managing material and pallets in the warehouse and handling the loading and unloading of trucks.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move pallets and materials within the warehouse.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
• Ensure timely handling of materials, especially when trucks are waiting.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 6 months of recent forklift experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, though this is required less than 5% of the day.
• Sense of urgency, particularly in situations that require quick action.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with sitdown and standup forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Familiarity with warehouse and shipping operations.

Work Environment

Experience a fast-paced, large warehouse environment that is typically cooled to 60 degrees. The work involves operating in a dynamic and efficient setting, ensuring the movement of materials meets the demands of production and distribution.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cold Spring, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
