Position Overview
Chartis is seeking a Top Secret-cleared Senior Program Analyst to provide program and operational support to our key federal client. This role is critical in ensuring the effective execution of program activities, maintaining compliance with federal regulations, and delivering data-driven insights to inform leadership decisions.
Responsibilities
- Handling correspondence, scheduling, record keeping, and managing program documentation.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to track performance, identify risks, and recommend solutions.
- Gather and analyze information to develop regular program status reports
- Creating reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate metrics and statuses to stakeholders.
- Assist management in developing testing metrics
- Working with program managers, stakeholders, and other team members to implement recommendations and address operational challenges.
- Assist Senior Manager(s), Director(s), and others in various projects, as needed
- Manage multiple conflicting priorities while supporting the various process owners
- Assisting in the procurement of program Other Direct Costs (ODCs) and tracking expenditures to ensure financial oversight.
- Offering support to program staff on program operations and administration.
- Ensure the adherence to federal regulations
- Other specific duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field; 5-10 years of progressively relevant experience.
- This is a National Security/Special Sensitive-designated position requiring a Top-Secret security clearance with SCI access eligibility
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing, presentations, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven experience in program analysis, operations support, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-level reports and presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and exercise sound judgment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, OneDrive); familiarity with analytical and program management tools a plus.
