The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home health administration, excellent multitasking abilities, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage home health care programs and services
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of care
- Supervise, mentor, and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Coordinate with medical professionals, patients, and families to ensure optimal care plans
- Monitor financial performance and manage budgets effectively
- Drive initiatives for continuous improvement and innovation in home health care services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Nursing, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Proven experience in home health administration, with a focus on leadership of programs and people
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Knowledge of home health care regulations and standards
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and technology
