Molen Orthodontics is seeking a detail-oriented full-time Customer Service Rep - Finance Specialist to join our team in Sumner, Washington. This full-time, in-office position offers an hourly wage of $20 – $22 and a comprehensive benefits package, including:

THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - FINANCE SPECIALIST
The Customer Service Rep - Finance Specialist will work full-time, Monday through Friday, with shifts from 7 am to 4 pm or 8 am to 5 pm. This schedule ensures consistent daytime hours, allowing for reliable work-life balance.
In this position, you will begin your day by reconciling daily deposits and accurately posting payments and charges to patient and insurance ledgers. You will be responsible for dental insurance billing and verification of patient benefits, as well as reviewing and processing patient contracts and other documentation. Throughout the day, you will address employee and client inquiries by phone and email, efficiently resolve patient or insurance account issues, and manage mail related to the finance department. As a member of the call center, you will answer incoming patient calls, make outbound calls, and handle patient scheduling. You will collaborate with the patient care hub, sales, and concierge teams, and prepare daily reports on key performance indicators.
OUR IDEAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - FINANCE SPECIALIST
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year(s) of insurance coordinating experience
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities (in person, over the phone, and written)
- Well-organized with sharp attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Solid time management and prioritization skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to maintain rapport with patients, parents, doctors, staff, and community
- Basic understanding of advanced math
An associate's degree is preferred.
