Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • CCC-SLP certification preferred
  • Experience with CFY supervision is a plus
  • Prior experience in a school setting, particularly with K-12 students
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)

Location:

  • Joliet, IL

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement appropriate therapy plans tailored to individual students
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support students' overall development
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as required by the school
  • Provide direct therapy services and monitor their effectiveness
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to a supportive learning environment

This position runs from June 10th through July 1st, with orientation on June 9th. Hours will typically be 8:00 AM to 2:45 PM, except for the last day when hours will be adjusted.
