The Sensus Manufacturing Quality Supervisor leads all quality assurance operations at our DuBois, PA facility, overseeing and developing a team of 7–9 Quality Technicians. This role drives rigorous quality standards, builds accountability, and champions a culture of continuous improvement..
The Supervisor develops, implements, and maintains quality control processes and procedures, ensuring full compliance with applicable industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations. This position leads regular audits, root cause investigations, and corrective/preventive actions, leveraging quality data and metrics to identify trends, reduce risk, and improve overall manufacturing performance.
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing quality experience
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) principles focus on a systematic, blame-free investigation to find underlying causes
- People leadership experience
- (Preferred) bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field with at least 4 years experience, with at least 1 year experience as a people manager or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000 plus a 7.5% annual bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
