Billion dollar manufacturing organization targeting a Finance Manager to join the team!

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Prepare financial reports detailing income, expenditures, and overall financial performance based on historical data and future forecasts.
- Partner with business units and leadership to develop long-range financial models aligned with strategic goals.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for all departments and entities.
- Perform detailed financial modeling and trend analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
- Track and evaluate KPIs to support operational improvements and cost efficiencies.
- Monitor performance across divisions, brands, and business segments.
- Conduct financial and economic research including ROI analysis, depreciation, and working capital evaluation.
- Maintain and enhance financial systems and data reporting infrastructure.
- Create pricing models and assess the financial impact of promotional strategies.
- Reconcile financial system discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
- Champion automation and process enhancements to improve overall efficiency.
- Manage and develop finance team members, providing coaching, performance evaluations, and support for career development.
- Establish clear goals and expectations for the team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Promote a high-performance culture by resolving challenges, motivating staff, and fostering collaboration.
- Oversee staffing needs including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
- Collaborate with HR on employee relations matters and performance management.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and ad hoc initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant finance experience, ideally in a growth-oriented environment
- Medical device industry. Need to understand FDA approval processes, changes to budgets/forecasts.

- Foreign entities, transfer pricing, foreign exchanges rates
- No direct reports to start will grow into managing a small team
- Strong communication and presentation skills: Comfortable presenting to C-Suite.
