Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant (EA) to support the c-suite by optimizing productivity, supporting operations, and managing critical administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will act as an extension of the executive team, allowing leadership to focus on high-value, strategic initiatives that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:Administrative Efficiency & Calendar Management
- Proactively manage complex calendars, ensuring optimal use of executive time by eliminating low-value tasks.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring proper prioritization and minimizing time waste.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and resolve them efficiently while protecting focus time for strategic work.
Communication Management
- Act as a gatekeeper, filtering, prioritizing, and responding to emails and inquiries on behalf of the leadership team.
- Draft, proofread, and edit professional correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Ensure timely follow-up on action items and facilitate seamless communication between departments.
Process Optimization & System Management
- Identify and automate repetitive tasks to free up executive time, utilizing systems and tools to increase efficiency.
- Implement and refine workflows and processes to maintain consistency across departments.
- Leverage technology (such as task management platforms and CRM systems) to streamline operations.
Project Coordination & Goal Tracking
- Assist with tracking key business initiatives, aligning projects with organizational priorities.
- Monitor deadlines and deliverables, ensuring follow-through on executive commitments.
- Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure smooth project execution.
Data & Information Management
- Organize, maintain, data, documents, and reports.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare executive summaries, analyze dashboards, and produce reports to keep leadership informed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field required.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior leaders in a dynamic, high-growth organization.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and execute tasks efficiently.
- Experience working in the property management, real estate, or association management industry is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with workflow automation and collaboration platforms (e.g., Planner).
