This role involves travel to various educational locations, ensuring comprehensive speech and language services across a diverse student population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Monitor and document student outcomes and progress
- Provide consultative services to school staff on communication strategies and interventions
- Travel between assigned school locations as required
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working in school environments delivering speech-language services
- Strong knowledge of language development, articulation, fluency, and voice disorders
- Ability to engage students of varying ages and skill levels effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel between sites
