Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager – Behavioral Health to provide leadership and operational oversight for an acute-care Behavioral Health unit in Dulles, Virginia. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, staff performance, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency while promoting a compassionate, patient-centered care environment.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
-
Minimum of 2 years of nursing leadership experience (Nurse Manager, Supervisor, or Clinical Team Lead)

Acute-care Behavioral Health experience required
-
BLS (Basic Life Support) – required within 30 days of hire
-
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) – required within 30 days of hire
-
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and operational management skills
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily operations of the Behavioral Health Nursing Department

Provide clinical and administrative oversight through collaboration with House Supervisors and Charge Nurses

Ensure safe, therapeutic, and compliant patient care delivery

Oversee staffing, scheduling, and workflow optimization
-
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and compassionate care
-
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards
-
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and staff performance

Serve as a visible and supportive leader, fostering staff development and engagement
