LHH is actively seeking a Collections Team Lead for one of our top clients in CO! This will be a a contract to hire opportunity with our client.

Location: Centennial, CO

Shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm

Position Description:

Strong collections, denial, appeal, and credit balance reconciliation experience

Analyze revenue cycle data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as days in accounts receivable, denial rates, and collection efficiency. Collaborate with billing, coding, registration, and finance teams to streamline workflows and resolve issues. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making. Conduct root cause analysis on claim denials and payment delays; recommend corrective actions. Ensure compliance with payer regulations, HIPAA, and internal policies. Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of revenue cycle tools and technologies.



Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
