Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable
- Prepare customer invoicing
- Apply customer payments
- Reconcile accounts
- Collect and organize employee time punches for payroll
- Keep accurate records
- Perform other office tasks as requested
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in billing, payable, or other related fields
- Experience in data entry
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment
- Knowledgeable with QuickBooks Online
