Administrative Assistant
Opa- Locka, Florida 33054
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing medical supplies wholesale team. This role is a blend of customer service, purchasing, and administrative support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking and keeping operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

Provide product and service information to customers

Process and input customer orders accurately

Perform data entry and maintain organized records

Create invoices, sales orders, and packing lists

Track inventory and support stock management

Assist with purchasing and supplier coordination

Generate reports and ensure accurate documentation

Handle general office administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:

Previous administrative or office experience

QuickBooks experience is required

Strong data entry and organizational skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Ability to multitask and work independently with accuracy

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
