Position Overview
Join a fast-paced, high-growth recruiting environment focused on placing top-tier healthcare professionals, including Nurses and Allied Health talent. This is a full-cycle recruiting role offering uncapped commission and significant earning potential for high performers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top healthcare talent
- Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to clients
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to drive referrals and repeat placements
- Stay actively engaged with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience
Performance Expectations
- Minimum of 2 candidate submissions/presentations per day
- Minimum of 3 placements per month
Qualifications
- Proven experience in agency healthcare recruiting (required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated, competitive, and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); familiarity with LOXO is a plus
- Clinical background (RN or Allied Health) with recruiting experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation
- 100% commission-based structure
