Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Masseuse to join our team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to promoting relaxation, healing, and overall wellness through expert massage techniques tailored to individual client needs. You will play a key role in enhancing our clients’ spa experience and supporting their journey to optimal health and beauty.
Key Responsibilities

Provide a variety of massage therapies including Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, and specialty massages based on client preferences and needs.

Conduct client consultations to assess physical conditions and recommend appropriate massage treatments.

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment following all sanitation and safety protocols.

Collaborate with aestheticians and wellness staff to offer complementary services and holistic care.

Educate clients on aftercare and wellness practices to prolong treatment benefits.

Uphold professional standards of confidentiality, ethics, and client care.

Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications

Valid state massage therapy license and certification.

Minimum 1–2 years of professional massage experience, preferably in a luxury spa or medical spa setting.

Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications relevant to massage therapy.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and understand client needs.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Professional demeanor, punctuality, and commitment to client satisfaction.
Preferred Skills

Experience with holistic and integrative wellness modalities (e.g., aromatherapy, hot stone, lymphatic drainage).
