The Opportunity
We are seeking a serious, dedicated, and highly skilled Career Barista to join our core team. This is not an entry-level position. We need a professional who views coffee preparation as a craft and customer service as an art. You will be an integral part of upholding the standards that define our brand and ensuring our guests receive the consistent, high-quality experience they have come to expect.
Searching For

A Full-time barista with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a high-volume, quality-focused coffee shop environment.

You possess an impeccable work ethic—reliable, punctual, and intrinsically motivated to maintain excellence, even during the busiest rushes.

Weekend availability is non-negotiable. Our team relies on each other, and our weekend service is a cornerstone of our business.

Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are strongly preferred but not required, allowing us to connect deeply with our diverse community and team.

You are a natural problem-solver who remains calm, focused, and professional under pressure.

Your Responsibilities

Expertly prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages with speed, precision, and consistency.
