Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Clinical Fellowship Year Speech Language Pathologist position is available within a K-12 school setting serving the PreK through 12th-grade population. This full-time contract role focuses primarily on supporting high school students but offers flexibility to support K-8 students as needed. The position involves managing a substantial caseload, including addressing a backlog of communication services and Individualized Education Program (IEP) requirements due to a previous gap in services. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by restoring essential speech and language support to students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language pathology services to PreK-12 students, with primary focus on high school and secondary option in K-8.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individualized therapy to meet student needs.
- Address backlog of service delivery and IEP compliance to ensure all students receive timely and appropriate support.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist required.
- Eligibility for or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year preferred.
- Ability to provide or receive qualified clinical supervision during Fellowship year if needed.
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
- Commitment to working 37.5 hours per week throughout contract duration.
- Strong organizational skills to manage large caseloads and documentation requirements.

- Position located in El Paso, TX, serving schools situated south and northeast of I-10 in the Lower Valley area.
