Position Overview:
This full-time position focuses on performing drywall patching, repairs, and painting resulting from electrical and HVAC upgrades in residential homes. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering clean, professional finishes that seamlessly match the surrounding areas. Projects are in the East Bay (Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda) and Contra Costa (Lafayette, Danville, Walnut Creek, Concord).

Responsibilities:

• Patch and repair drywall after electrical and HVAC installations
• Match textures and finishes for a seamless look
• Perform prep work and painting to restore walls to their original condition
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with other trades and team members
• Provide excellent customer service in occupied homes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in drywall patching, taping, finishing, and painting
• Ability to match textures and blend repairs professionally
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
