GENERAL LABORER

Job Description

DUTIES, TASKS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Loading and unloading debris in a fast-paced environment
• Use of shovels, sledgehammers, and ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
• Collaboration with team members and participation in safety briefings
• Filling out daily paperwork with accuracy
• Wearing personal protective equipment is required

Position-specific Competencies

• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to Travel 75% of the time
• Able to consistently work up to 60 hours per week, ability to work some Saturdays
• Must be able to repeatedly lift 25 pounds
• Possible equipment training
• Standing, walking, kneeling, lifting and bending over repeatedly
• Follow all Safety Programs, Policies, and Procedures
• Must work well with others on a team
• All candidates must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen and physical
