A specialty pharmacy in Boonville, IN is seeking a licensed Pharmacist for a contract position to provide exceptional pharmaceutical care. This role offers a structured schedule with daytime hours and the opportunity to work in a supportive health care environment.
Schedule:
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Monday shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Some Fridays with an 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM schedule
- Total of approximately 222 hours over the contract duration
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately distribute medications prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners
- Provide prehensive information and counseling to patients regarding medication use
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and patient care in a specialty pharmacy setting
Desired Qualifications:
- Active Indiana Pharmacist license
- Experience in retail pharmacy and/or long-term care preferred
- Strong munication skills and attention to detail
