Location: Farmers Branch, TX 75244

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually (DOE)

Available Schedules:

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Monday – Thursday, 4:30 PM – 2:30 AM
• Friday – Sunday, 5:30 PM – 7:00 AM

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Junior Production Supervisor to support daily manufacturing operations and ensure production lines run efficiently. This role is ideal for a motivated and energetic professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates clearly, and enjoys being on the production floor ensuring schedules, people, and processes stay on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards
• Manage and update production schedules to ensure timely completion of all runs
• Maintain strong communication with line leads, operators, and management
• Monitor production flow in real time, identifying and resolving issues quickly
• Promote accountability, process adherence, and consistent execution
• Provide hands-on support on the production floor as needed
• Troubleshoot operational challenges using critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Facilitate bilingual communication (English/Spanish) across teams as needed
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Highly motivated, organized, and comfortable taking ownership
• Hands-on leadership style with strong follow-through
• Ability to enforce standards and follow established processes
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Leadership potential with interest in growing into a full Production Supervisor role
