Job DescriptionLSI Staffing is hiring for a Bilingual Production Lead in the South Fort Worth area!!

Must exemplify high standards in efficiency, productivity and teamwork.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Ensuring timely completion of all orders without delays.
• Maintaining a proactive workflow
• Preventing any operational disruptions by anticipating needs
• Creating labels as necessary
• Fostering a dynamic work environment by setting a strong pace and leading by example
• Remaining vigilant for any potential issues/inefficiencies
• Ensuring all necessary materials are readily available to prevent slowdowns
• Preparing boxes in advance
• Maintain or surpassing optimal hourly production numbers
• Must possess proficient computer skills
• MUST be bilingual English/Spanish

1st Shift Mon - Fri 6am to 2:30pm

$19/hr once hired rate can increase to $20-$25
