Role / Position Title: UM Support Analyst
Hours: 8:30 - 5:30 pm (flexible)
Location: 100% onsite in Mason, OH
GENERAL FUNCTION
The UM Support Analyst/Admin administrative and data entry work supporting UM prior authorization requests, work in Facets, File bound, Jira, outbound notification calls to providers and members.
Specific Skills Needed:
- data entry experience, familiarity with excel and office
- Critical thinking skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask
- Prior Health First & Anthem prior authorization experience a plus.
