Pay Range: $45-50/Hour

Overview:
We’re seeking a compassionate and reliable School Registered Nurse (RN) to promote the health, safety, and well-being of students and staff. The ideal candidate will provide direct nursing care, manage health plans, and serve as a vital resource for families and school personnel.
Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing services including first aid, medication administration, and emergency response
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized healthcare plans for students with chronic conditions or special medical needs
• Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with state and district health regulations
• Communicate regularly with parents, healthcare providers, and school staff regarding student health concerns
• Participate in IEP or 504 meetings when medical input is required
• Conduct screenings (vision, hearing, immunization compliance, etc.) and track health data
• Promote wellness and preventive health education throughout the school community
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional nursing and district standards

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Experience in pediatrics, public health, or school nursing strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and crisis management skills
