We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and offer solutions to drive the company revenue! The current position sought for will include the requirement to engage in door-to-door sales, proficiently addressing the customer inquiries, providing quotes, and ensuring a seamless sales process. The role also involves managing incoming phone calls from prospective customers in need of our service.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Engage in door-to-door sales
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Payment Terms:
1. Company-Driven Sales: 5% commission on total sales.
2. Self-Driven Sales (Door-to-Door): 7% commission on total sales.
3. Payments issued at the start of project date.
4. Commission based on finalized and paid transactions.
5. Commissions calculated on net sales amount after any deductions.
6. In the event of returns, commissions may be adjusted accordingly.
7. Clear and transparent reporting of sales performance and commissions.
8. Commissions disbursed through preferred payment method (e.g., bank transfer).
9. Performance incentives and bonuses for achieving sales targets.
10. Commission structure subject to periodic review and adjustment by the company.
