Job DescriptionDescriptionWe are seeking a 1st shift, detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in planning for multiple Ford sit facilities and other non-Ford ship locations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor customer demand for several Ford North American locations, and other non-Ford locations as assigned by the Logistics Manager.
- Monitor customer demand for several Ford North American locations, and other non-Ford locations as assigned by the Logistics Manager.
- Participate in daily meetings with the Logistics Manager regarding the status of all customer assigned accounts.
- Notifies customers about the status of customer orders, and any ship details.
- Communicate internally with scheduling, production, shipping and materials for part concerns, changes in schedules, and shortages.
Key Responsibilities· Preferred Experience:
- Preferred experience with Ford Plants, including: KTP, KCAP and Service-Dearborn
- Knowledge of 862/830 EDI
- Cum Reconciliation
- CMS ERP System
- Transportation Routing / Supply Chain
- Trailer Load Patterns
- ILVS Sequencing Understanding
- Covisint / OpenText
- Ford Supplier Portal (FSP) and applications:
