About the Role
We are currently hiring dependable and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our growing commercial construction team. This position supports mechanical installation and general construction projects.
While general laborers are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to candidates with experience in HVAC, plumbing, or related mechanical trades.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily on-site construction and mechanical installation activities
- Install and support mechanical systems and related components
- Load, unload, and organize materials and tools
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Monitor material deliveries and maintain organized job sites
- Maintain accurate daily reports as required
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
- Travel to various commercial job sites as required
Required Qualifications
- Construction or mechanical trade experience preferred
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Able to pass a drug screening
- Comfortable working outdoors and on active job sites
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Bonus Qualifications (Not Required)
- Experience in commercial, industrial, or petroleum-related construction
- OSHA 10 certification
- Experience operating job site equipment
- Background in mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical coordination
