Salary Range: $135,000 - $186,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily plant operations and production activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and meet output targets.
- Manage plant budget, allocate resources effectively, and control operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the plant management team and workforce.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes and operational procedures.
- Monitor and analyze production performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience in manufacturing operations management, including production, quality, and logistics.
- Strong understanding and application of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing and motivating staff.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Expertise in managing plant safety, environmental compliance, and quality assurance programs.
- Proficiency in budget management, cost control, and strategic planning within a manufacturing context.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Multilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish)
- Master's degree in a technical field or MBA
- Experience with advanced manufacturing automation and Industry 4.0 initiatives
