We are looking for a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team as a Culinary Operations Specialist.
Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Culinary Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced, always-changing environment and will be responsible for cooking in our restaurant and driving and cooking in our food truck.
Key Responsibilities:
- Restaurant Cooking: Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards in our restaurant kitchen, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Food Truck Cooking: Prepare and cook menu items in the food truck, maintaining the same high standards as in the restaurant.
- Driving: Safely drive the food truck to designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and handling transactions both in the restaurant and food truck.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels in both the restaurant and food truck, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked and organized.
- Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant kitchen and food truck.
- Adaptability: Quickly adapt to changing environments and situations, including varying customer demands and weather conditions.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a line cook or similar role.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, always-changing environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Food Safety Certification ( Serv Safe, Etc)
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
