Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and 1+ year of Cath Lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity offers a Day Shift position for an experienced Cath Lab Technologist in a multi-modality Cath Lab environment. The role is situated at a Level 1 Trauma Center specializing in Interventional Radiology, Neuro, Trauma, Cardiovascular, and Vascular procedures. Candidates should be prepared to work weeknights with weeknight call responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians during catheterization procedures and other diagnostic imaging services.
- Prepare and maintain catheterization laboratory equipment.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond appropriately during procedures.
- Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient information.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Proven experience as a Cath Lab Technologist specializing in imaging.
- Strong knowledge of multi-modality catheterization lab operations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, trauma-focused medical environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current relevant certifications and licensure as required by state regulations.
