We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our team in Westbury, New York. This is a Contract position where you will play a key role in maintaining efficient office operations and delivering excellent service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

• Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and organizing documents.

• Answer incoming calls professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.

• Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update records.

• Act as the first point of contact by welcoming visitors and handling receptionist duties.

• Coordinate office supplies and ensure resources are replenished as needed.

• Support team members with correspondence, reports, and other administrative needs.

• Assist in preparing and distributing meeting agendas, notes, and presentations.

• Ensure compliance with office procedures and maintain a tidy work environment.

• Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.

• Handle any additional tasks to support the operational goals of the office.

• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing phone systems.
• Demonstrated ability to perform accurate and efficient data entry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using office equipment and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented approach with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a plus.
