Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting: Aggressively hunt for new business opportunities through cold calling, local networking, and outbound outreach within the Omaha SMB market.
  • Activity & Pipeline Management: Independently manage your daily activity goals, set your own appointments, and build a consistent pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Consultative Selling: Learn to conduct discovery meetings, present custom technology proposals, and confidently walk business owners through the closing process.
  • Market Presence: Act as a brand ambassador for MCC, representing the company at local networking events, trade shows, and business associations.
  • Continuous Learning: Actively participate in sales coaching, product training, and mentorship sessions to master both the sales process and our technology suite.


Qualifications & Traits We Look For

  • The Right Attitude: High-energy, resilient, and goal-oriented. You view "no" as just a step closer to "yes."
  • Sales Aptitude: 1–3 years of B2B sales, retail sales, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic and a desire to learn are our top priorities.
  • Coachability: A strong desire to be mentored, take constructive feedback, and continuously sharpen your sales skills.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently pitch to business owners and executives.
  • Drive: Highly autonomous, comfortable with high-volume outreach, and motivated by hitting targets and earning commissions.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $60,000 base salary + uncapped performance commissions.
