Responsibilities:
- Work with client managers to understand staffing needs and provide applicant status updates.
- Assist qualified applicants in completing carrier/client applications and submitting all required documents.
- Schedule and confirm applicants for orientation.
- Coordinate travel and lodging arrangements when needed.
- Help applicants overcome obstacles preventing them from attending orientation.
- Perform administrative and other assigned duties.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Willing to work during normal business hours (Monday–Friday) to achieve results
- Customer service, recruiting, or logistics experience is a plus but not required
