ACN Appliance in Midland, TX is looking for a few people to join our strong team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Provides customer engagement in a positive and approachable manner
- Greet guest
- Meeting guests needs
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming showroom
- Accurately handles customer funds and processes transactions
- Maintains an organized and secure office environment
- Answers incoming calls, distributes calls, takes messages, and checks store's voicemail
- Completes opening/closing procedure checklists
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- General computer skills required, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
- Strong math skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask
- Highly organized
- Must be able to follow oral and written instructions
- Must be able to work independently while using discretion
- appliance knowledge preferred
