What a Day Could Look LikeTurning Manufacturing Engineer III — 1st Shift (Up to $125,000/year)
You begin by reviewing new jobs and refining CNC turning programs. On the floor, you collaborate with machinists, troubleshoot complex lathe operations, and drive process improvements that boost throughput and quality. Your work connects programming, production, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and optimize CNC turning programs
- Support complex lathe machining operations
- Improve manufacturing processes and efficiencies
- Partner closely with machining and production teams
CNC Lathe Machinist — 1st Shift (6:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday–Friday | $30.00–$36.00/hr)
From setup to first-article inspection, you take ownership of the machine. You read blueprints, dial in tooling and offsets, and hit exacting tolerances part after part.
- Set up and operate CNC lathes
- Read blueprints and use inspection tools
- Adjust tooling and offsets
- Produce precision components to tight tolerances
CNC Machinist / Operator — 2nd Shift ($20.00–$36.00/hr + 10% shift differential)
You’ll run CNC equipment, keep a sharp eye on quality, and follow clear work instructions. Whether you’re early in your career or highly experienced, there’s a path forward here.
- Set up and/or operate CNC machining equipment
- Monitor production and inspect finished parts
- Read blueprints and follow work instructions
- Openings from entry-level to experienced machinists
CMM Operator / Programmer — Night Shift (Competitive pay + 10% shift differential)
You are the metrology expert: running and programming CMMs, verifying dimensions, and creating robust inspection routines that support quality and manufacturing.
- Operate and program CMM equipment
- Perform dimensional inspections and quality verification
- Create and modify inspection programs
- Support quality and manufacturing teams

What You Bring
- CNC machining, setup, or programming experience
- Lathe/turning experience strongly preferred
