Job Description
(Direct-Hire) Maintenance Technician position with a global manufacturer of industrial products at their Youngstown, OH facility.
Responsibilities:
- Repair, install, test, and adjust industrial machinery and pipeline distribution systems
- Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in machinery or other related fields
- industrial hydraulics/pneumatics background
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- knowledge of industrial VFDs and AC/DC motors (a plus)
**PLUS 1.5X OT over 40 hours and a monthly incentive of up to $8/hr in addition to regular pay plus a $2-5/hr shift differential. Most techs making 100k+ with OT and bonus factored in.
