Your Role as a Site Manager
As a Site Manager, you’ll drive execution on the front lines of construction — ensuring every project runs safely, smoothly, and on schedule. Responsibilities include:

Managing on-site activity from mobilization to closeout

Overseeing subcontractors and site logistics to meet aggressive project timelines

Enforcing safety standards and resolving daily site challenges
-
Reporting on progress, managing documentation, and maintaining as-built records

Acting as the primary on-site liaison for clients, inspectors, and vendors
-
Ensuring strict adherence to project specifications and quality expectations
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills

5+ years of site supervision or management experience in commercial construction

Experience with QSR, retail interiors, or fast-paced tenant improvements preferred

Strong understanding of construction sequencing, safety standards, and site protocols

Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and resolve site-level issues independently
Certifications & Technical Tools

OSHA 30 certification preferred

Familiarity with project management software or site reporting tools
