Seniornest is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our senior clients in the comfort of their homes, ensuring their health and well-being are maintained with professionalism and empathy.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring of vital signs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and physician orders.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and family members to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Document patient progress, treatments, and any changes in condition accurately and promptly.
- Educate patients and families about health management, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
- Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions as necessary.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey.
- Minimum of 1 years nursing experience, preferably in home healthcare or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to patient homes.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
