At TechSite, we are committed to keeping our customers' mission-critical facilities running smoothly, ensuring you can stay connected and operate with confidence. We expertly plan, design, build, test, operate, and maintain these essential spaces, aiming to maximize reliability and efficiency with speed, expertise, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

TechSite is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager who wants more than simply managing schedules and paperwork. We're seeking a leader who can help us build the next phase of our construction organization. As our projects continue to grow in size and complexity, we need someone who can see the big picture, connect teams, anticipate challenges before they happen, and bring structure and consistency to project execution. This role offers the opportunity to manage impactful projects supporting data centers, critical infrastructure, power systems, and specialty construction projects while helping shape the future of our construction operations.

If you're looking for an environment where your ideas matter, your expertise is valued, and your career can grow into future leadership opportunities, we'd like to talk.

What You’ll Do

As Construction Project Manager, you'll serve as the overall project leader responsible for ensuring projects stay on scope, on schedule, and within budget. You'll work closely with Construction Managers and field teams who oversee daily site activities while you focus on project planning, customer communication, risk management, forecasting, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Multiple Projects Simultaneously

  • Manage multiple construction projects ranging from approximately $500,000 to $10 million
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and reporting
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and schedule impacts before they become project issues
  • Coordinate project activities from planning through closeout

Drive Pre-Construction Activities

  • Lead bidding, procurement, and permitting efforts
  • Coordinate subcontractor selection and vendor engagement
  • Develop bid packages and support bid walks
  • Partner with engineering teams to transition projects into construction

Serve as the Customer-Facing Project Leader

  • Lead project meetings and customer communications
  • Provide status updates, schedule reviews, and budget reporting
  • Manage expectations while maintaining strong client relationships
  • Coordinate communication across customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams

Improve How We Deliver Projects

  • Help establish project management best practices and standards
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Evaluate and help implement project management tools and software
  • Bring ideas that improve visibility, accountability, and execution across the organization

Support Cross-Functional Project Delivery

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, and Maintenance teams
  • Coordinate complex projects involving multiple disciplines and stakeholders
  • Ensure seamless handoffs between project phases and departments

What You’ll Bring:

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of commercial, industrial, design-build, or mission-critical construction experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and customer relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and project controls
  • Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data centers, critical infrastructure, power systems, electrical construction, or MEP-intensive projects
  • Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, CX Alloy, or similar platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • PMP, CCM, OSHA 30, or other industry certifications
  • Experience working with renovation, modernization, or facility upgrade projects

Why Join TechSite?

  • Competitive Pay: $100-125k, depending on experience.
  • Benefits Package: Medical, dental, vision, and retirement savings plans
  • Paid Time Off: Generous vacation, sick leave, and flexible time off
  • Company Culture: On-site fitness center, office contests, team outings, and a collaborative work environment
  • Career Growth: Professional development and continuing education opportunities
  • Recognition: We’ve been nominated multiple years as a "Best Place to Work"—join a team that values collaboration and excellence.
