Customer Support Administrator | Temp-to-Hire
Franklin Lakes, NJ area | Fully on-site
Monday - Thursday | 8:30am to 5:00pm | Between Memorial Day & Labor Day, Friday schedule is 8:30am to 3:30pm
Responsibilities
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting.
- Data gathering, analysis and ability to present information.
- Maintain and update documentation.
- Maintain daily metrics.
Qualifications:
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational and project management skills.
- Must be expert in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel and Power Point and have experience in ERP and managing order information.
- Ability to create and work with Pivot Tables and Formulas is required.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
