Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and high-volume meeting coordination
- Serve as a trusted liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Anticipate needs, prioritize requests, and ensure priorities stay on track
- Prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and follow-ups
- Support executive-level meetings, committees, and strategic initiatives
- Coordinate travel and handle logistics, including occasional personal support tasks
- Streamline processes and improve efficiency using technology and best practices
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives
- Experience supporting a CEO or President strongly preferred
- Background in a professional services environment preferred
- Advanced organizational skills with experience managing competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and anticipate executive needs
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Associate’s degree or higher required
