Location: This is a hybrid role based out of Minneapolis, MN and St. Paul, MN
LynLake is growing and we’re looking for Licensed Therapists to join our team!
As a Pre-Licensed Therapist, you will be dedicated to delivering exceptional outpatient client care in a collaborative setting. Your primary responsibilities will encompass conducting diagnostic assessments and administering targeted treatment, drawing from an array of culturally responsive, trauma-informed and diverse therapeutic modalities, including individual, couples, family, and/or group psychotherapy. Your caseload may include individuals presenting with depression, anxiety, trauma, significant life changes, ADHD, and other mental health symptoms and developmental concerns, thus necessitating experience across a broad spectrum of client profiles and conditions.
A Pre-Licensed Therapist with LynLake Centers for Wellbeing will be responsible for:
- Providing professional clinical services, including individual, couples, group, and/or family therapy
- Following company policies, professional conduct standards, and all applicable laws and regulations.
- Timely completion of medical records and associated tasks to support billing and administration.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments, monitor client progress, provide relevant education, and develop treatment plans.
- Make referrals to other health professionals and community members as needed.
- Attend internal and/or external continuing education courses to stay updated on best practices.
- Exceptional clinical and boundary-setting skills along with expertise in therapy processes and treatment modalities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team productively and effectively.
- W2 Full Time: Maintain a minimum caseload of 24 clients per week required
Compensation & Benefits (Our pay structures are commissions-based/net-collections and compensation is based on billable services):
- Compensation: Compensation split of net collections at 52%; paid bi-weekly
- *Estimated annual earning potential of: $82,000 for a Full-Time W-2 Provider
- W-2 Licensed Provider: 52% Compensation Split

Requirements:
Pre-licensed Therapist Required Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
- In a pre-licensed track receiving supervision for one of the following licensures: LPCC, LICSW or LMFT in the state of Minnesota.
- Minimum of one year of previous group practice experience (or related outpatient practice experience)
Strongly Preferred (One or more of the following specialties):
- Works with children under the age of 13 years old
- Trained in Trauma/PTSD (EMDR; ART; Somatic Experiencing; Sensorimotor Psychotherapy; Brainspotting; Internal Family Systems (IFS); DBT; Neurofeedback) and/or Sex therapy.
- Experience or training working with: Neurodivergence (ADHD and ASD), addiction, eating disorders, aging/older clients (and able to accept Medicare), Alzheimer’s/Dementia, unhoused clients, Women’s health (fertility, postpartum, perinatal, etc.
